Lentil Stew

, 1 1/4 cups Carrots, Frozen
1 quarts Lentils, sprouted, raw
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 large Onion
1 quarts, 121 grams Tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoons Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Parsley, dried

Steps

1 Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2 Add chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
3 Stir in garlic powder, sliced carrots, lentils, tomatoes, water and chili powder.
4 Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until lentils are tender.
5 Serve in bowl and add a pinch of parsley.
