Exercise, Workout and Nutrition How To's

What if I can't find an exercise in the library?

There's a good likelihood the exercise you're looking for is in our library, but called by a different name. The thumbnails for each individual exercise will be labeled by a specific name. But if you see the description (instructions when clicking on "i") on the exercises, you will see that lot of exercises are also known as (a.k.a.) exercises by a different name. For example, the "Dive Bomber Push Up" can also be called the "Judo" or "Hindu" push up. So if your Trainer taught you this exercise by calling it the "Judo Push Up", just type in "Judo" in the search box and you should see your exercise come up.

If an exercise you're looking for is not featured in our library, feel free to contact us and let us know what exercise(s) you would like for us to add. If we determine that a particular exercise submitted by a member would be a good addition to our exercise library, then we'll be sure to add them.

Also, be aware that we are constantly adding new exercises to our library on a regular basis. So check back regularly and there's a good chance that exercises you're looking for will be added.

If I don't know the name of a particular exercise, how do I go about finding it?

The easiest approach would be to choose the body part you're working (e.g. quadriceps), then type a description of an exercise, like "squat" or "lunge", and you'll be able to see a narrowed down menu of various movements that might come closest to the exercise you're wanting. Click on various thumbnails and see if you find what you're looking for.

Can I upload my own exercises in the video library?

If you would like to submit a video of an exercise that is not showcased in ENH, you can send over your video in high definition format, preferably in MP4, and our media team will evaluate it then determine if it will meet our criteria for exercises we want to have in our library. Then we will either add it to our library or have our video crew film the exercise. With that in mind, please do let us know if there are exercises that you believe should be added to our library. Submission of any video or images will then become property of ENH for our use.

How do I save Pre-Designed Workouts and my own workouts to my "Workout Favorites"?

From there you'll be directed to the page where you can then add and delete exercises, along with updating the set and rep scheme. Then be sure to click on the red "Save Workout" button at the bottom.

How do I save meal plans to my profile?
