Italian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cups, chopped Fresh Basil
8 piece Chicken, Broiler Or Fryers, Breast, Skinless, Boneless, Meat Only, Cooked, Grilled
2 piece Fresh Shallots, UPC: 718940000645
4 clove Garlic clove
1 cups Mushrooms, oyster, raw
1/8 cups Olive Oil
0.25 tsp Salt
, ground Pepper
, Tomatoes, red
2 cups Rotini Macaroni, Whole Wheat

Steps

1 Cook pasta according to packaging instructions.
2 Drain and set aside to cool.
3 Cut all chicken into diced pieces.
4 Heat a skillet then add the oil, garlic and shallots and sauté over medium high heat until soft.
5 Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper and cook until mushroom liquid evaporates.
6 Remove skillet from heat and allow to cool.
7 In a large bowl add all ingredients and toss.
