Ingredients

1/4 cups Carrots, Raw
1 1/8 cups Sesame Ginger Stir Fry Chicken
4 serving Flour Tortillas, 8 inch
1/4 cups Plum Preserves
1/2 cups Mushrooms, Sliced

Steps

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven for 5 minutes.
3 In a saucepan mix stir fry, sliced mushrooms, carrots and preserves.
4 Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
5 Spoon ¼ of the mix in the center of each tortilla.
6 Fold in the sides and roll.
