Acai Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 cups Quick Oats, Dry
1/2 cups Almonds, Slivered
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Honey, Organic
, Bananas
1/4 cups Flax Seeds, Organic, Ground
1 quarts Mixed Berries, Frozen
2 cups Spinach, Baby Leaf
2 cups Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1/4 cups Chia Seeds
12 grams Acai Powder, Organic, (12 grams is about a 1/4 cup)
1 tablespoons, 1 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 cups, sliced Strawberries, sliced
1 cups Blueberries, Raw
2 fruit (2" dia) Kiwi, green, sliced
1 nectarine Nectarines, pitted and diced
1/8 cups Hempseed, Raw, Shelled

Steps

1 To make granola, toast oats, and crushed almonds on the stove top at medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Add coconut oil and honey. Stir to coat evenly for additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
2 Place banana, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, ground flax seed, chia seeds, acai powder, and cinnamon into a blender. Blend well until smooth.
3 Divide into bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, nectarine, hemp seeds, and granola. Enjoy!

Get Creative, -Top your acai bowl with any other fruit, nuts, seeds, granola or nut butter.
Smoothie - Omit the chia seeds or add more almond milk for a thinner consistency. Leave out the toppings in step 3.
Vegan - Use maple syrup instead of honey.
