All-In-One Skillet Breakfast Hash

Ingredients

1/8 cups Coconut Oil
2 cups, diced Potato, diced
2 cups, cubes Sweet potato, diced
1 cups, chopped Onion
1 cups Tofu, Extra Firm, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons Hawaiian Black Sea Salt
1 2/3 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 2/3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2/3 teaspoons Ground Turmeric
2/3 teaspoons, ground Thyme, dried
, ground Pepper
3 pan fried links Maple Breakfast Sausage Links
1/8 cups Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning

Steps

1 In a very large skillet, either 12 inches wide or very deep, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
2 Add the russet potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, flipping once.
3 Add the sweet potatoes and onion; stir and cook 5 more minutes.
4 Push the potatoes and onions to the side and crumble the tofu into the pan.
5 Add all of the spices and mix with the tofu.
6 Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until you see that the turmeric is dispersed well, and the tofu has turned a golden color.
7 Add the links and nutritional yeast and mix the whole skillet of ingredients together. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until the links are heated through.
8 Taste and season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
