Artichoke Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

Amount Ingredient
2 cups Artichoke Hearts
2 cups Cream Cheese, Fat Free
1/4 cups Green Onions
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Steps

1 Pour artichoke hearts into a small pot, with some of the brine (about a 1/4 cup), over low heat.
2 Add in two 8-ounce packages of fat-free cream cheese.
3 Add Parmesan cheese and green onion (finely chopped) and mix together while keeping the heat on low. Dip does not need to get hot.
4 Once thoroughly mixed, set aside and let dip cool down. Serve warm.
