Avocado Tuna Salad (Paleo)

Ingredients

Amount Ingredient
5/8 cups Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained
, ns as to florida or california Avocado
1 tbsp chopped Red onion
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper

Steps

1 Drain tuna and place in a large bowl.
2 Cut avocado in half, remove pit, then cut into diced sized pieces and add to bowl.
3 Remove skin from red onion, then cut into thin slices and add to bowl.
4 Drizzle salad with lemon juice, then sprinkle in one or two dashes of salt and pepper.
5 Toss and serve.

French, Italian or Vinaigrette dressing (instead of lemon juice, salt and pepper) will also work well with this salad.
