Buttered Cornish Hens

Ingredients

2 cups Whole Cornish Hen
1/4 cups Butter
1/8 cups Soy Sauce
1/2 cups Water

Steps

1 Rub butter over each hen and place in a baking dish.
2 Mix soy sauce and water together, then spoon mixture over each hen.
3 Cover baking dish with foil and place in preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes.
4 Remove foil cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
