Egg Tortilla Scramble

Ingredients

1/8 cups Butter, Without Salt
4 tortillas Corn Tortilla
4 large Egg
2/3 teaspoons, ground Oregano, dried
1/8 cups Salsa

Steps

1 In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat.
2 Tear tortillas into quarter sized pieces into skillet and stir until butter cooks in.
3 Add eggs, turn up heat to high and scramble.
4 As egg cooks, sprinkle in oregano and continue scrambling until eggs are cooked thru.
