2/3 teaspoons Rosemary, dried

Steps

1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Cut each potato into quarters.
3 Place potatoes in a roasting pan in a single layer.
4 Drizzle oil over each potato piece until evenly covered.
5 Sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary onto potatoes.
6 Place roasting pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
7 Serve as an appetizer or a side dish.
