Steak Salad

Ingredients

1 1/8 cups Beef, Flank, Steak, Separable Lean Only
6 -0.5 cups | about Field Greens
1/4 cups Lemon juice
1/8 cups Olive Oil
, Radishes, raw
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper

Steps

1 Cut flank steak into thin slices.
2 Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper then grill or broil.
3 Place field greens into two separate bowls.
4 Slice radishes and divide between the two bowls.
5 Place steak slices onto salad, then dribble olive oil and lemon juice over salad.
6 Serve.
